I wish I knew! You tell me! Now that the budget is blown to hell and we're debt for generations to come what will be able to afford to do? We certainly cannot afford another war unless some of those oil tycoons wanna pay for it or maybe some of the Halliburton people who made trillions by carpetbagging in Iraq. I dunno?
