Absolutely ANYTHING.
If you are truly creative then you could do anything (not just limited to advertising or writing etc) but anything.
Most successful managers, directors and VP's are creative.
It's called thinking outside of the box.
Finding different ways of doing things.
Creative selling, Creative negotiations (how can I get my point across or get people to do what I want)
Go or it.

I really enjoy my career and I do it from home. I can get as creative as I want because I own my own business and creative ideas are always productive. I find it very rewarding as I help other people get the same help I got when I needed it. I train other people to do what I do. I love it.

Advertising, Graphic Design, Store window designer...yes these actually exist at places like Macy's, etc., Art teacher, Website Design, and Set Design are some that come to mind.
