is there a lexmark ink cartridge that will work in place of a dell 924 printer?

i need the cartridge quick and there is no place to buy dell cartridges around here. I had a dell 920 printer that would use lexmark 16 and 26 cartridges.

not unless you either alter the cartridges or the printer itself.

check office depot or staples for 'universal' lex16/dell529 and lex 26/dell530 cartridges. they *might* have some.
