and you feel hungry,,,,,but you don't want to eat, and sometimes it can mimic the feeling when your emotinally in pain? I don't get why the pain feeling can feel similar to the feeling of being in-love.

It's not really known exactly by what they are caused, but some feel that it's the release of epinephrine (a type of adrenaline) when you're nervous. This results in blood being pulled toward the muscles, shutting down the stomache for a short time.
Additionally, this may explain why people loose their appetite when they're "love sick."

The "butterflies" in your stomach are caused by stomach acids. When you feel nervous or tense for any reason your stomach floods your stomach with these acids and gives you basically...heart burn.
