I dont know what gaming system to buy?

Money isn't an option for me, i already have an xbox and i'm looking for something new. I don't want the PlayStation 3 because i heard it's not that good. I don't know if I should go with the xbox 360 or the Nintendo Wii.

if money's not an issue than invest that money first. wait for PS9 like the rest of us.

if you like the classics and interaction, go Wii

fi you like the hoping for the best and exclusive select games, go PS3.

me....i'll be having kids by the time PS4 comes out. saving that money for formula!!

there were some reports that the playstation 3 was bugged. it may have been, but that was probably because they were trying to release it by Christmas and they got sloppy. besides, what does it matter if its bugged? IT HAS A ONE YEAR WARRANTY! anyone who's PS3 broke has a new one.

I would definitely recommend getting the PS3. here's why

the controller doesn't have vibration but the sixaxis tilt function thing definitely makes up for it.

it also has the greatest hardware of any console or even a PC. it has an RSX graphics chip and a cell broadband engine, which is basically 8 computer chips working simultaneously. a computer can only perform one task at any given time. but the cell can perform multiple tasks.

the playstation 3 also surpasses the other consoles also with its blue-ray technology. the xbox 360 can play HD movies, but the PS3 can play them in blue-ray, at 1080 p resolution and in 7.1 surround sound. so its not just high-definition its higher definition.

another major difference between the PS3 and the xbox 360 is the online. although the PS3 doesn't have things like the Xbox LIve Arcade, its online is free. it costs 100 dollars a year on the xbox 360. the PS3's online includes almost everything the xbox 360 has: a web browser, downloadable games, webcam chat (the PS3 uses the eyetoy), and multiplayer games

although it has less game at the moment, the PS3 is bound to get a lot of games that only it we be able to play with all its hardware

if you still don't trust the playstation 3, get the xbox 360 instead of the Wii. the 360 is a decent console and is definetly worth what it costs. THE WII SUCKS! it has horrible last-gen graphics, its hard to sit down while playing it, all it has are little kiddie games, and everyone's gonna make fun of you for having it! there's a reason it only costs 250 dollars

i've played the Wii, everyone says its addicting and fun. its not. they say it's easy to play. i can't play it. people that like the Wii probably have never played a video game

I would recommend getting the PS3, because the PS3, alongside with the 360, are high-def compatible for better play.

If you've played Gears of War on a high-def TV, it's got great graphics. This one new racing game for PS3 looks great on high-def as well.

The PS3 also plays Blu-Ray discs; Blu-Ray players, standalone, usually cost more than $400, which is 2/3 of the PS3 60GB price.

The good stuff about the Wii is that it's cheap and you can download things from the internet, and it's got interactive control.

Some bad things are that most of the games are kind of childish (like Mario Party or WarioWare), while PS3 and Xbox360 have more hardcore, violent games for more sophisticated gamers.

Xbox360 includes Xbox Live, but that has a monthly fee of $5+, so it's pretty much the same deal as that crappy game RuneScape.
PS3 has free broadband connection if you have high-speed internet, but I've heard recently that broadband has had problems with connections lately.
The Wii uses WiFi, I think, just to play some games.

Hands down 360 is the best system in existence. Graphics, game selection, online, plus they are taking the rights for alot of games that were originaly supposed to be PS3 releases so that makes for even more big name releases like GTA4 and assasins creed. Oblivion and Gears of War alone are worth enough to buy a 360. Wii is cool and all but the controls get old and alot of the games are geared towards kids and they don't have a great selection. PS3 is overpriced and unless you care about blueray and **** there is no reason to buy one. I've played all three systems and 360 stands out in every catergory in my mind.

well the Wii doesnt have a lot of choice of games buts i think its pretty tight. Xbox 360 has better graphics and better games. so it depends on what u want. movable control or better looking and more gaming.

Xbox 360, because I know someone with a wii. They liked it for a while but decided to sell it. Zelda and a number of sports games... hmm. Dunno, though. your choice.
