The wireless network configuration utility can select to block certain IPs, etc. Are there any ways around this blocker (ie. is there a program that will find an IP that's fine)? Please see http://kbserver.netgear.com/pdf/wgr614v6_ref_man_20Apr05.pdf page 37 for more information on how this works.

Note that this is not a specific site that's blocked - complete access is blocked.

Nope.
Once the router is configured to block access to a IP, it can only be accessed again if it is removed from the routers configuration.

There is a way if you have physical access to the router, but its most likely your parents are blocking you from something like myspace and im not going to tell you how to get around your parents....
