I've always wondered about this and figured this would be the place to find out.

Please notice that I didn't say more intelligent, I said smarter; so-called conservatives will, of course, be familiar with the difference.

you know the funny thing... you're exactly like those condescending liberals you hate... you have the exact same thoughts... you have the exact same trite posts that you think are so cute... you have the exact same "holier-than-thou" attitude on everything you write... you're just on the other side of the same coin

as this question clearly proves...

there is a huge flaw in your logic though... if Republicans were more capable... they wouldn't have lost the last election and they would have ended all those things you Republicans hate so much... welfare, abortion, immigration issues... instead of pretty much doing nothing with the majority...

and also... have you ever been down South... which is almost completely conservative... I don't mean to burst your bubble... but I would say you should visit there and take another look at your question...

Are conservatives actually thinking that this is an insult towards them. He is saying that liberals may be book smart but the conservatives are capable of thinking through problems and coming up with good solutions. I think he is wrong but I think it is funny that in a thing bashing liberals the two guys ahead of me either hate Hillary Clinton or used liberal as an insult. Correct me if I'm wrong asker.

It's called a "superiority complex". It is when someone feels they are better than another simply due to something insignificant, such as a political viewpoint.

Have a wonderful day!! :)

Well if I use you analogy you must be liberal.

miggity In no way I meant to use liberal as an insult but as your analogy says he can not work this problem through so he must be a liberal. In other words he is getting trapped in his own cage.
