Well you can watch them for free on Youtube http://www.youtube.com

or if you have a torrent downloader you can download the anime episodes from baka-updates http://www.baka-updates.com or Tokyo Toshokan http://www.tokyotosho.com and put in full metal alchemist as search and you'll see the episodes to download.
