Download CCleaner. Run it and that will cure all your computer problems. It takes care of AdAware, Spyware, and is also a registry fix.

Edit:
By default, it doesn't delete the last 48 hours of the temporary internet. You can change that setting in the options tab.

Which browser are you using? Internet Explorer? Mozilla? Safari? Opera? If you go to the Browser's preferences under the File menu, or wherever it is. There is an option and button to do it. No need to download software.

It's a simple button, like, "Clear Cache" very self explanatory.

in IE ver6 Tools->Internet Options->(General Tab)Clear Browsing History/Delete Cookies etc etc etc.
in IE ver7 Tools->Internet Options->(General Tab)Delete Browsing History->Delete All->Yes.

Rt click on my computer, choose Explore in the appearing window click or double click to expand on C further browse to document & settings than your or coputer name folder than click local settings here you will find so many folders but you have to open temp & temprorary internet files one by one and delete all it's content. You are done.
The other way is to rt click on IE icon select property, in the opening page you click 3 buttons.
Delete files
Delete Cookies
Clear history
You have done your job succesfully. Give me thanks for clear instruction to clear your browser cache.

1) Take iE-> Tools - > Internet Option - > then Delete Cookies, Delete Files and Clear history

2) Take Run ( from Start ) type %temp% then Enter
Delete all files from there
