First I will think of myself, my family, my girlfriend and anythhing related to me then I will think of the things that I have done for the the day if it is good or bad and most of all I will plan my next things to do for the next day. Actuall I really do that whenever I am alone because that helps me relax and evaluate myself for the day.

If I were in a room all alone? I'd listen to the sounds of silence and meditate on the sound of a single hand clapping.

That would be a WONDERFUL time to renew my relationship with Jesus our Christ. I would pray. Not necessarily recite any "prayer" I know, although I could do that too, but get on my knees and admit my sinfulness to Him and beg for His forgiveness and for help for everyone I knew and all those I didn't know. Thanks for asking. I feel I just had a WONDERFUL time in that empty room, and had a WONDERFUL time in prayer with Christ. God Bless you.

When I was young I used to stare at the ceiling until I started seeing patterns. I would probably do that and try and communicate with extraterrestrials.

Sit and Imagine. I have a great imagination, I can space out for hours...especially with music.
