Hello steve c,
This is some incentive to go out and buy a little notebook and put all of your user names and passwords in there to reference. Keep the book in your desk drawer and never be afraid of losing a user name and password again.

You need to start your computer and press the F8 key. This will take you to the safe mode. This is the back door of the computer. Go to control panel and change your pass. It is easy as that.
