Country singer arrested,?

Does anyone remember the name of the country singer who was arrested in oklahoma city not too long ago and why he was arrested? I know his name but I cannot think of it, please help.

Yup. John Michael Montgomery was right. Also- the cop who arrested him got fired! (in Kentucky)

I think it was John Michael Montgomery. It was a DWI.
