ive been watching all these sweet high school highlights about the 5 star recruit Noel Devine and the last I knew he was trying to decide to got to either West Va or Florida...any recent new!

when he does become eliglble, he will more that likely go to west virginia. both schools have a spread option offense although. he will get more playing time at west virginia. Rich Rod has a dual threat qb that can't pass as well as he'd like so he will run the ball more than Urban at Florida will. that and combine the fact that deon "FSU" sanders has been in his ear the entire time, he is as good as a mountaineer at this point. If he finishes prep school.

Neither, he doesn't have the grades to get into college so he will go to prep school.

he declared verbally to west virginia then undeclared so he is still undecided
