I saw two videos of soldiers in Iraq taunting Iraqi children...

Video 1-- The soldiers had a bottle of water in their hands and were riding down the street having several small children on their trail, hoping to get the drink

Video 2-- The soldiers were teaching Iraqi children some "English" but they were learning how to chant "F--k Iraq!"

I was in shock after seeing these videos. Does this go on everyday?
What are your thoughts on this?

Sad to say but I think stuff like this might really happen. Our world is being sucked into a time of crime and pain. All we can do is to try our best not to be sucked in and help others not to either.

I have such a hard time understanding the outrage we will generate over every misstep made by our soldiers. And yet, when innocent people are beheaded, on live tv, their bodies drug through streets and defiled, nothing, n o t h i n g is ever mentioned about it again.
No, if the story about the soldiers taunting Iraqi children is true, they should not have done it. Those poor children have enough to do learning to chant death to Americans.
I am sorry. I don't usually spout like this.
I am tired and I am going to bed now.

I believe it. My brother was in Viet nam, and he told me some horror stories about how they ( the U.S. soldiers) would tie the enemy up to trees and use them for target practice, and how they raped and killed women and children. There's good and bad in all nationalities and races, and that includes the Americans.

A lot worse has happened but also a lot of soldiers have brought gum and candy for the kids, a whole lot have. But that doesn't make up for the death and terror we have caused.

ever seen videos of muslim extremist imams leading a classroom full of kids chanting "death to america"?

ever seen jihad videos glorifying carbombing or suicide bombing?

show me some videos of immature american teenagers, placed in a very serious and demanding situation, doing some rather mindless, immature, dumb things anyday.

Where did you see this? I am curious. Could you email me or add it to you question? I think any more bad publicity only exacerbates the image of America as degenerate, whether this image or stereotype is deserved or not. Thanks

This is not good, not good at all. Who on earth, in the US raised those kids (soldiers)? Somebody needs an a$$ kickin. Their parents.

That sounds like propaganda to me, but since I don't live there I don't want to assume anything.

My thought is that I wasn't there, so I don't know fully what the situation was.
