Might make them more stringent. Might cause the officials make quicker decisions--might not. Very hard to say. Most laws try to keep sight of health precautions while trying to abide by the person's personal preferences.

PRECEDENCE. . .no, I doubt this will have any effect on laws with regard to that issue. I don't think you'll hear much about it after this weekend, except of course when they start talking about who fathered that little girl.
