Do you think the courts will eventually assign a lawyer to Danielle Smith to protect her interests instead of all the adults possibly just fighting over her money she should inherit if there is any...left?
Poor kid. I hope whomever gets her really cares about her because by the time this is all done with there may be no money left to care for the orphan especially if the courts appoint her a lawyer to protect her interests not the adults.

I hope that the real father gets custody of her. Stern is not the father and if he can prove it with DNA, I will mail him 500 bucks. The Bahamas will provide a legal wall in this issue.

I highly doubt that they will appoint Anna Nicole Smith's Baby a lawyer. She has no need for one. The father, when they find out who he is will need the lawyer... and if he is one of the three men in court currently trying to get custody of the dead celebrity's body then he already has one. That child was never destined to have a normal life and most likely will never have one. Money is not a problem however, that woman had tons of it and none of it is going to these court hearings i assure you.
Famous people don't think about the interests of the children involved. they don't know how to. they are all to wrapped up in their money, which is why i am so surprised that people want to be celebrities anyway. Like i said the three men are probably wanting the child for more publicity not because they "love" her. I feel so sorry for that little girl she doesn't deserve all of this.

The courts did assign a lawyer in this case and will in every subsequent case as the judge sees fit.
As for the whole absurdity of this situation, anyone that feels sorry for this girl can thank her mother for living her life like a whirlwind and not thinking or caring about the future. If she had only cared about more than just herself, she would have not surrounded herself with scoundrels and drugs.

She already has had a lawyer appointed for her in Florida. The person chosen to protect her interests is not charging -- he/she belongs to some agency and the service would be provided for other children that need representation in other situations.

I agree with you. I am hoping the people down there in Florida see this judge for what he is. He has not struck me as the epitome of judiciary prowess. But more like someone angling for a Hollywood or book deal.
I do not refer to these kind of people, surrounding Anna Nicole Smith's death, as vultures. They are hyena's! Hyena's will eat what a vulture doesn't. Scavengers just the same.

Her name is Dannilyn (not sure of the spelling). It's a sad situation for sure. Too many money hungry people out there. I'm hoping they give custody of her to her grandmother (Anna's mom). At least she will be cared for and loved.

the poor baby is a cash cow , how this can happen to an innocent baby is beyond me. all everyone who so called cares about her has dollar signs in their eyes
