Don't worry new ones will come up and they'll make you forget all about the old ones... If that doesn't help go ahead and talk about it to a complete stranger and just let it all out sometimes you need an outsider to help you see things in a different light...

For temporary relief, do something u reali enjoy, e.g. a hobby. Or talk 2 some1 and express urself. For long-term i think only time will heal.
