I would assume they are planning to have an open casket. If not, what would it matter if her body were deteriorating? If it was a closed casket, they could keep her for a year.

People keep saying it's been a month. IT's only been 2 weeks to this day. That is not a long time. She should've been embalmed earlier, but I think she'll be ok for viewing for a few more days. The coroner said that she was just turning yellow sooner than they wanted. Makeup can cover that.

It will probably also be an open casket so that people will really believe that she is dead. This could be another hoax to get her out of the limelight, kinda like Elvis and all the people that swear that Elvis is still alive.

Think about it, if you didn't actually see her dead body in a casket, don't you think there would be rumors that she faked her death. Even seeing her, I wouldn't doubt the rumors. It has all been so strange, nothing would surprise me anymore.

I think at this point with her mother planning on appealing the court's decision she won't be able to have an open casket funeral by the time this is all over with...it's ashamed that her mother can't just respect her wishes and let her be laid to rest.

Geez, I wouldn't think so now. Apparently she is decomposing at a fast rate, that is why the judge came to a decision quickly today.

They'll have a double viewing of her and James Brown and charge admission.

Oh the way this thing is going, they'll probably attached strings to her and have her get up and do a puppet show and charge admission and fight about who gets the money....people are disgusting!

Why not? She's had enough plastic surgery to guarantee she'll never decompose.
