I have a story. My partner was driving the car the other day and stopped at the traffic light. There was a cop car on the other side of the road and my man was staring at them. He has a small history with the cops so he doesn't like them. Anyway they ended up pulling him over and did a complete search of our car. Why? All because he was staring at them. So no, I wouldn't give the cops the finger if they can see you do it.

No because anything you say or do will be held against you in a court of law. I'm guessing if you were on trial and they told the judge that you gave the cop the middle finger that would not help your case.
