What makes you happy? If the hair bothers you shave it... IF you don't like it it will grow back.
If you want to clean it up for summer swimsuites come up with a cute design like a heart it's easy to shave.
I will tell you that IT IS GOING TO ITCH when it grows back! It only takes it 24-48 hours to start coming back in.. Over time it won't itch as bad! Just keep that in the back of your mind. The first time you shave you will prob bleed since this is VERY sensitive skin. So if you are planning on a big date then I would try it another time. When you are feeling a little more "adventourous" LOL... IT HURTS but one way to help it not grow back as fast is to use aftershave but it Burns and do not get it near ANY of your "innerds" aka 3 holes..... I will let you figure that one out. Make sure you use a new razor! If you are sitting in the tub.... Don't get a lot of shaving cream around your vaginal area this can cause a Urinary Tract Infection or a Yeast Infectionl.. Best thing use the bathroom after you get out of the tub.....
Some woman shave to please a man this does make oral sex a little more pleasurable assuming you are sexually acitve and older. IF not Please disregard.

No. There's nothing wrong with it at all. Just be careful to shave in the right direction and it's a good idea to use shaving gel instead of shaving cream. I've found it gives you better protection and use a really good razor, never a dull one!

Im sure your asking this from a certain perspective... which you didn't specify.. soo i'll answer from a couple..
health perspective~ the reason the hair is there is just like for any other reason. protection and to keep things out. but hopefully your not runnin around naked with it stickin out.
moral perspective~ your wondering if people will think less of you for shaving your "area"... in all actuality.. WHO CARES.. its yours!.. and possibly ~hopefully~ one other persons to see. Who cares what you do with something that personnal.
My opinion. You do whatever you want to!..
I personally don't think its bad.... i think its kind of grody. hehe.. Good luck!

Even if I'm a guy,I think I should put my idea.As guy I would not mind it.But your guy may have a little problem as he starts riding , short hair may cause him pain...! It' your choice.. But ,There are few girls that I know used to do it.One of them have a tattoo in there too she is very proud about it.She took some photos and show every close friend of her.So what's wrong about shaving.....................?

I wouldn't say it's bad, but it does itch like hell when the hair starts growing back. If you want to rid yourself of hair down there, speacking from personal experience, I would suggest waxing (if you can handle a little pain) as you a hair free longer, less likely to get ingrowns and it's not as itchy when it grows back.
