The one thing that drives me nuts when you call a company for tech support, questions about bills, to sign up for a service, etc.

Yes. And I wish I knew how to speak their language to get my point across.

That is a funny question. I know when I call HP help line I get a person who speaks broken english. That is not to only company I have delt with that has that same problem. It can be frustrating when you have grown up in this country and you had to learn to speak the english language and these new fourienors come here not knowing a bit of english and having jobs that we would rather have and we have to talk to them when we have a problem.
