my old bf told me that if a guy gives another guy a hard enough nipple twister thing, you could give them like cancer or something? is that true!?

I don't see why it would matter whether it was women or men giving the nipple twister, but it certainly isn't nice. Cancerous? Doubtful.

Though its a little hard to say definitively "no"
when we're still learning so much about cancer,
there has been no credible research that indicates
nipple twisting is carcinogenic.

lmao .... if that's true, every woman who has had their boobs squashed flat during a mammogram xray, now has cancer. Seriously ... I highly doubt it. :)
