Why would anyone wait 2 weeks before seeking any kind of attention (medical or just a post on here)?
Whatever the problem is, if it has caused your foot to be swollen and numb for that long, then you need to get a medical professional to look at it. Now.

Well, if you injured it it could be sprained. In any case, you need to see your doctor if it has been two weeks. Putting ice in a towel and putting it on your foot 20 minutes on, 20 minutes off may help reduce swelling. Ibuprofen is also helpful.

That could be anything from a sprain to diabetes. See your doctor. We can't diagnose you here.
