if you are givin two years to file a class action suit does this include weekends or only legal working days?

Two years is two years....................................

Two years is date to date. example: Jan 3, 2005; two years would mean I have to file my suit by Jan 3, 2007.

Note: statute of limitations can vary from state to state and depending on the cause of action (claim) you are filing.
