First what I would do is fine the 'generations' of the catilina...like the car is made the same way through 1965-1968..then a change was done from 1969-1975....do you know what I mean? Also measure the hood...all angles, like up and down, across the top, bottom, the distance for the hood latch and diagnal too...just to make sure that its not rubbing...but yes..find out if the generations stops at 68 and a new one starts at 69

The bodystyle changed in '68. '67 was the last year for the "stacked" headlights, '68-'69 had a very similar front end with side-by-side lights. I just looked at some images closely. It looks like the '69 has a wider "raised" section in the center of the hood. '68 hood may not fit the '69 cowl/firewall properly.

do an image search on google for a 68 and then a 69. I did and it looks like the 68 and 69 models share alot in common. I would bet that the hoods would interchange.

I imagine so. The hood of a 1968 GTO fits on a 1969 GTO, so I don't seen any reason why it would differ with other models.

I would say no,,,,the 67's and the 68's shared a lot of common patterns, but i think the 69's where a little too different for it to be interchangeable.
