if some1 never had a g/f in their life and they are in their 20s, is it possible for others to notice that?

lets say a guy in his 20s, has never been in a relationship with a female in his life. is it possible for others to recognize and notice that this guy has never had a girlfriend? and the people who could tell, they know him but not too well. how could people tell? what can that guy do to prevent people from finding out that he never had a girlfriend? do people who never had a gf act and behave differently? what can they do to change?

let me just start by saying if you dont have confidence in yourself,in what you've done and what you have not yet done then no one will. there is nothing wrong with never having dated before.
it will become a problem for her when you start treating it as such.
second of all,it is very obvious to tell when someone has never had any type of intimate encounter(not only sex)with a member of the opposite sex because not only are the shaky and nervous but they dont know what to say...
they seem very unconfident in they're selves eventhough they may be confident.period. they aren't confident on the dating scene.
if you try to hide it,it will become a problem. be truthful with your date and tell her you've never been on a date before and have confidence in your self.
and dont focus on it,talk about her,and do everything you can to make her feel special
