It's been a long time since I was 18-21, so I probably am not the best person to answer this, but learned a long time ago if you get bored it's your own darned fault. Uncle Sam's Yacht Club brought me San Diego. I liked SD so much that I stayed here. There is so much to do all within an hours drive. I am sure you know we have the Ocean, Desert, Mountains, (a few) lakes, Parks,Museums The Zoo. If you are musically inclined there are many Open Mics in the Area The San Diego Bluegrass Society and Wood-n-Lips are a couple to check out. There are many Churches in the area that have programs for folks your age. Hope this helps.

Okay, I'm an old lady, not a young person, but I do want to weigh in on this. When I was young, I was a hippie, and we supposedly had sex whenever and wherever we wanted to, no fault, no foul. In actualitiy, we didn't have sex any time ... and when we lived in tight communal conditions (80 people in a one bedroom apartment) we had to share the bedroom with many people, and even those whose turn it was to sleep in the bed didn't make love 'in front' of everyone else. I once lived in a situation, where there were four of us living in one room with three beds (I was maried and slept with my partner) and one of us got a new girl who wanted to have sex all the time, and EVERYONE ELSE was supposed to LEAVE THE APARTMENT. One tiny bathroom, and we were supposed to 'wait' while she spent HOURS at a time in there. Finally, to get rid of her, my husband and I did 'make love' (under tons of covers, so all you could see was wiggles) and then got up to take a bath. The other young man was also disgusted, so he asked if he could take a bath with us. We all got up NAKED and walked into the bathroom and we all climbed in the tub. I was the only one who got clean (the guys were far too cramped each at their own end of the tub) but we had sufficiently OFFENDED the young woman that she left as we were getting out and was never seen again. Okay, with that said, I should tell you that you should NEVER 'confront' a person over 'bad bedroom ettiquette' or be 'mean' in any way ... but if you MUST SHOW this person how 'bad' they are behaving, it's quite okay to 'say nothing' but do EXACTLY THE SAME THING (please use the covers if you are making love) in such a way that they can 'see' where their bad behavior is headed. Besides the 'bad person' either leaving forever or seeing the error of their ways, you will feel MUCH BETTER about yourself at the time, and you will also have a much better tale to tell to the 'younger generation' when they are faced with a similar situation. Oh, and next time, LOCK the bedroom doors, because you are correct ... it is NASTY to have to use a bed that has been used as a 'play arena' by someone else ... it's also NOT SAFE if the bed has gotten 'wet' in this day of HIV and 'bodily fluids' meaning both lubrication and INFECTION.
