I knew that things weren't right.. I just sensed it. I could 'feel' tension now and then. I knew things between my boss and I were strained although I never knew why I 'sensed' things were off and no amount of communication seemed to work through it. Finally it started to feel like drama and I wanted out. Then I got fired. I am so relieved, but instead the overwhelming feeling is one of rejection and 'you are not good enough'... How do I just move on??

I had a job that started out well, paid well, but the company changed hands and everyone's job changed too. After that I began to hate the work, but the money was still good so I stuck it out. The worst thing you can do is stay in a job that you don't like. Even if the people you work with are nice, the stress of working in a job you don't like gets to you.

It's likely that you unconsciously didn't do your best because you didn't want to stay with that company. However, most people can't help but feel rejected when they are fired. I felt exactly like you do when I was fired from that job I hated. Don't let it get you down. Concentrate on what you would like to do now.

The majority of jobs are not landed by people through resumes and interviews. They are landed because someone knew someone. It is definately not what you know, but who you know. So, tell everyone you can what sort of job you are looking for. Be positive about yourself. When an opening comes up you may get a heads up to get your foot in the door.

You do not understand the full reason as to why you were terminated. If your boss had explained why truthfully you would feel better. Often times is a personality conflict and or a lack of communication. Not just you but between you and your boss. Chalk this up to experience and let it go. Yes rejection is in the picture but when you have a boss that fails to communicate is more his or her failure and not yours to own. Let him or her own it. Walk away with your dignity. I hope you feel better knowing that. Good luck on your new job. Been there done this.

It is hard to appreciate a blessing in disguise until such blessing proved itself.
You are still in shock because of the injustice of it.
Give up all attachment to your job, the circumstances how you lost it but try to learn from it. You don't explain about the conflict with your old boss but you need to examine the circumstances of how or why they happened and never to place yourself in the same situation again. If it means to keep your opinions to yourself in future, then so be it.

You went to college with some Bebe's young little ones. I went to extreme college in vast apple and that i've got seen a great variety of what you suggested. maximum of those young little ones have been black or latinos. yet something could be accomplished in case you like human beings to give up figuring out on on you for despite motives. it may desire to no longer be basically by way of fact they see you as a "white boy" yet additionally a susceptible individual they know won't combat decrease back. that's achievable they get bullied themselves so could desire to fill that void by utilising treating others how they get dealt with. i've got seen that too, difficult ladies or men are not so difficult while some one bigger than them(by utilising affiliation or physique) bullies them. those components are seen difficult, by way of fact struggling with is what you will see in maximum components midsection classification, decrease classification dealing with poverty. It messes some human beings up. yet tell your parents, instructors and the central. Have your parents take you to and from college rather of taking the bus or have them get somebody they have confidence to try this. those issues could be prevented.
