Why can't other people view my webcam, but I can?

I'm able to see my webcam, but other people can't, for some odd reason. Anyone know how to fix this? I've checked my settings, restarted my computer, and unplugged and plugged the cam back in.

May be they don't have any webcam...

You have to say what operating system, what cam program, whether you use a router on your connection and where the other people are (LAN or WAN) on the network.
