Go to your local motor spares place & get a bottle of premixed coolant, or a bottle that you need to dilute. The instructions will be on the relevant bottle, and you should find that staff will come out to your car & show you exactly what to do. Plain water is OK for topping up in an emergency, but proper coolant should always be used when possible.

Most coolant is sold as pre-mix, or ready to pour in the radiator. Just look for the 50/50 on the label. Then the price is usually a matter of what "additives" the manufacturer has put in with it.

Just look for a type of antifreeze that is labeled as Global.
It will mix with any coolant.
Mix as usual 50 to 50.

You can buy it mixed already and is good for 25 below zero at WalMart. If you buy just anti freeze you have to mix it with any water @ 50/50. If you don't mix it it doesn't cool as well because it's thicker.
