I have a professional event tonight and am wondering if a Mens Pea coat is considered professional attire? I will be wearing a shirt and tie, along with black suit pants...Is the pea coat with that professional attire???? PLEASE HELP AND FAST!!!

If it is a dressy as a shirt and tie, I would say you are OK. As long as the coat is tailored and in good shape. An authentic Navy Peacoat would not be. However, if it is from Jcrew or Banana Republic or Calvin Klein or something, you are OK

If the occasion demands a suit or sportcoat, a peacoat will not be sufficient.

Get a lint roller.

no...professional attire would be the suit pants with matching coat
the pea coat is casual...could be worn like with jeans too

if it is coupled with a nice suit jacket and such underneath ....


Also the pea coat should look nice (not ratty) if so then it should look fine

yea...its great with a shirt and tie...its versaitle because you can make it casual as well
