Your adviser can, the admissions people can. Professors would probably be blocked due to FERPA.

We don't usually have access to admissions files except on rare occasions. For example, when I've served on committees to determine which students should receive full-ride scholarships from my university, I'm provided with more complete information about each candidate, such as their admission essays and letters of recommendation (we have to give the information back as soon as the decision is made). However, if I suddenly decided that I had questions about a student in one of my classes and wanted to find out more about them, I would not be able to check up on their admission files. I can see their SAT or ACT scores, which are part of the on-line data system, though.
