depends, if im excited about the day to come, thats all i will think about, if today was a great day, i would think about that, and fall asleep with a smile, if i have a lot of things to do the next day i will fall asleep worried which actually gives me enough energy to wake up in the morning, and if today totally sucked i will fall asleep angry and pissed thinking of revenge on those who caused this horrible day, and if im dead tired i dont think at all i just get knocked out in an instance

My kids.
My friends in other states, and what they might be doing.
My Mom, is she really doing as good as she might say she is?!
My school, and how hard it's kicking my azz.
When is the next time I'm, unfortunately, going to get really stupid drunk because life gets to hard, and I need a break.
Will I succeed in my school, and make it to graduation day.
Did I turn everything off.
Did I gain weight this month?
I wonder if most people think I'm a *****.
Why am I not asleep yet?

My mind runs rampant. I have so many things running thru my head, it's a wonder I ever get to sleep. I think of my husband, who is not home much being an over the road truck driver, I think about my son, who got married and I don't see as much, I think about my pets, I'm dieting, so what am I going to eat tomorrow and what I have planned for that day, etc. It's a wonder it all fits inside my head.

i go through my day and the highlights and then i think about the next day wonder whats gonna happen, then i try to think of what i should dream about even though it never works that way, and then i think i should get up and go pee or i wont be able to go to sleep then im like no i can hold it so i lay there for 20 more minutes then get up and go pee, then i toss and turn untill i fall asleep.

I try not to think of anything, because once I start thinking I will never fall asleep.

I often listen to jazz right before I go to bed. I try to imagine myself in a club watching a live jazz band and it helps me drift off to sleep almost every time. :-)

What I did that day, what I could of done better, what I need to do the next day, what I want to wear, how I'm going to make myself and others happy. stuff like that.
