most creative...does that mean it has to be believable?
I was transported into another country...world...universe!! There I got amnesia and was mistaken for the princess...and the real princess was caught in an blizzard..so they need someone to rule there country...world...universe while the real princess thaws out! And I'm that princess!! So...I can't go to school because now I have my own country...world....universe to run!

Sorry, I can't come to school today, when I walked out my front door to head for class, there was a SWAT team out there, shouting for me to drop everything. SOOO, I dropped everything, which included my books, homework, and all that jazz. Luckily, I wasn't armed, so three rather burly, heavily armored men tackled me, dropping me in a thistle bush. Unfortunitly, I was on the bottom of the pile, so they each took turns pulling thorns from my backside. As they picked, I asked them what I was being held for, and they told me that since it's friday, that they would help me out and let me get an early start to my weekend. So you see, I couldn't possibly come to school.
