Started hearing a rubbing/grinding noise from the front end, especially when turning wheels. Now my anti-lock brake lights and my AWD disabled light has come on. Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas as to what it might be?? I would appreciate any help that you can give me.

Sounds like a wheel bearing, I think they had a recall on them and they definitely had a Technical Service Bulleting regarding premature wear. If the bearings wear out and overheats it can screw up the sensors that read the wheel speed.
It could be the transfer case fluid though, which cost about $100 to get changed. Sometimes you have to have it changed twice if it's really bad.
Best of luck

It could be that your disc brake pads are worn badly. Also, there may be a bearing going bad. I think you should take it to a shop now...
