Hello,
I have a 2003 Toyota 4Runner V6 Sport. Recently my check engine light came on. I used a friend's hand scanner and it read code P0136. O2 Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 2. I went and replaced the sensor. I changed the driver side sensor AFTER the CAT. I reset the code and I am still getting the check engine light with the same problem. NO other error's. I have noticed that my miles per gallon's has dropped. What should I do ?

Thanks
Rany

According to my books that I have for the Toyota 4 runner trouble codes, P0136 is not the O2 sensor. It is the fuel air metering. Have this checked by your dealer or a reputable mechanic.
