Started hearing a rubbing/grinding noise from the front end, especially when turning wheels. Now my anti-lock brake lights and my AWD disabled light has come on. Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas as to what it might be?? I would appreciate any help that you can give me.

I don't believe it is the brake pads. The brakes are working fine. They are not sticking or pulling.

You could have a failing wheel bearing. You should have it checked out immediately. The sensor for the ABS is usually either in the wheel bearing assembly or mounted externally. If the tone wheel for the sensor contacts(or moves too far away from) the sensor, due to bearing movement , it will most likely turn on a malfunction indicator light. Also, brake noise can be caused by a bad bearing, since the brake rotor is mounted to the wheel bearing and the caliper is mounted to the steering knuckle. Based on the given input, this is the best I can do.

It could be that your disc brake pads are worn badly. Also, there may be a bearing going bad. I think you should take it to a shop now...
