My iPod got stolen at school and I have no idea what to do or where to start. I don't know if it has a warranty on it or not, and I lost the s/n. I've only had it a short time and I want to get it back or get another one. I don't think Apple would cooperate though.

At the very least report it missing to school authorities. Unless you purchased with a credit card and bought replacement insurance there is no way to receive a replacement for it.

Have you asked the school for help? Do they have security cameras or anything?
