Charlotte Bobcats are the only NBA team to not make the "PLAYOFFS"
Golden State Warriors have not made the 'Playoffs' since 1994
Atlanta Hawks have not made the 'Playoffs' since 1999
but everyother team has made the 'Playoffs' at least once since 2002
