I noticed last time I was there many people getting drugs over-the-counter at places like the mall pharmacies. Can I just go to a pharmacy there and ask for viagra and act like a dumb American?
Some tell me that they will sell it to me maybe at a higher price.

Go to any doctor. For a low price, he will fill out a prescription for you, which you can then take to the drug store.

There's no way you can just walk into a pharmacy's counter & buy that V thing without prescriptions. Maybe you can get some from those places that are selling 'under the table' medicines but you better be cautious you might end up agonizing on the adverse effects if you happen to get fakes medicines, police might frame you up & regretting for buying such things on a high price. Just get a Filipino friend to go get some for you. I wouldn't advise it, though, as it could be fake and harmful. Also, you should consult a doctor before taking Viagra. It's not something to play around with.
