It is if you're having trouble waking up early in the morning. You'll be late for work and nobody would want to hire you. Now, that's a nightmare.

yea i have heard that 3 am is the devil hr, but as long as you have jesus, you can go to bed anytime you want, no such thing as bad luck.

No, it might influence your overall performance because you're tired. Certain things you do don't cause bad luck, bad things just happen.
