We plan on terrorizing the public with increased productivity, lower interest rates, and a strong economy. If that does not incite riots, we will lower unemployment, reduce taxes, and reform social security.

1st off, George W Bush is not now & has never been a Neocon. Nobody in his cabinet is a Neocon. Exactly who is terrorizing the planet & how? 99% of the terror is committed by Muslims.
