You can go to Yahoo Groups and join some of the PSP sites--they share tons of brushes there. Or you can go to:
www.deviantart.com
There are tons of brushes (PS & PSP) there. Also, you can use the Yahoo search feature and enter the phrase: "PSP brushes, Paintshop Pro brushes" and I'm sure you'll find a TON!!
