Spector Pro is the world’s best selling software for monitoring and recording every detail of PC and Internet activity – in your home or in your office. Selected as the Editors’ Choice by the experts at PC Magazine, Spector Pro records every detail of what they do on the computer – their chats, instant messages, emails, the web sites they visit, what they search for, what they do on MySpace, the pictures they post and look at, the keystrokes they type, the programs they run and much more. And because of its advanced surveillance screen snapshot features, you get to see not only WHAT they do, but the EXACT order in which they do it, step by step. With Spector Pro, you will never doubt who is doing what on the computer

Advanced Warning System
In addition to monitoring and recording, Spector Pro has an advanced warning system that will inform you when a PC being monitored has been used in an inappropriate manner. Through the use of keywords and phrases that you specify, Spector Pro will be "on alert", emailing you an immediate and detailed report of when, where and how a keyword was used - every time it is typed or appears on the PC, on a web site, in a chat/instant message or in an email. Alerts are sent to your office, home, cell phone or wherever you want.

With IE open clik Tools/internet options/settings, in the second part of the screen that shows browsing history/ then view files. This shows all the cookies for websites that have been visited. If those are deleted then you should tighten up security on his account bu using the content advisor found in IE.

You can check the cookies or temporary internet files but i think there is an easier way. Yet an easier way i think to check where someone has been is go to your internet browser. Either it be Netscape, Explorer or FireFox. It has to be the same one your son uses. Then just go into the internet address bar and beting to type www.____ start off with a and go through to z and see what sites pop up below. There isn't a way to delete those.

Go to your Start menu. Click on All Programs. Click on Accessories and then look for System Tools. Go to Disc Clean up and click on Temporary Folders/Files. Click to open and review. This will give you a page by page of what's been viewed. You can then click to delete these files -- saving you valuable space on your hard drive and conceivably speeding your system up too. You REALLY should do this about once a month just to clean house.

You will need a program that can reload the deleted data known as undelete. There are many, but I would recommend Tune-Up Utilities which has this feature included.

ok, you may think what I'm about to say is stupid, but you should trust your son more. if you are certain he is looking at bad things, simply take away his computer privileges.(no computer for a month or somthing .
