What do you think would be good (food) business ideas in a college town (no alcohol)?

Question

Perhaps a lounge/cafe with internet hookups? Or just a dessert shop lounge? What would be neat to have? What style should it have?

I live in Gainesville, and I am sorry I don't have the energy to do it. But I am sure that some Argentinian dishes, like empanadas (meat pies) choripans (sausage sandwich} and Argentinian pizza ( the best one you'll ever have} will be a huge hit. I know, because I serve them at my home all the time ( I love to entertain} and every body, from anywhere, love them People could kill for my sangria.

I live in a college town, just graduated. Coffee shops are always popular. But the only one in this town that has internet isn't near the college so doesn't get too much business but that sounds great if near the school. There is also a sweets shop in town. College students love it and it is nowhere near the school. Also a pizza place would be awesome, you know college students and pizza (especially if you have something original on the menu or some discount for college students).

A take out place that offered healthy options, at affordable prices. When I was in college, my school cafe had horrible food. Sometimes all I want was fresh veggies, a baked potato and a piece of grilled chicken. Nothing fancy or full of fat. My school rarely offered these kinds of food.

I would have love a take out place near campus that offered homemade and healthy styled food at an affordable price.

Isn't pizza the staple college food ? Are there too many of those already ? Pizza with Internet ?
Don't think dessert will really turn the $$ to keep you open.

In California, there is always a Hookah Bar (Water Pipe) in a 2 mile proximity of most colleges. They are extremely popular amongst college students. If you don't mind promoting something addicting, and bad for their health...you will be a hit!!
