And if they can, how do they put it on and take it off? Thanks.

If they have their arms down to their elbows yes, because theres something for the straps to go around. If they heve nothing then it would just slide off.

ok, I searched everywhere for this stuff at the same time as my daughter became about a year and a nil.5. They were off the marketplace on the time. i love the hot ones that are also backpacks. i can not trust how human beings imagine that is any diverse than forcing a baby right into a stroller or conserving their hand or perhaps choosing them up and wearing them. you're making them do some thing it really is of their acceptable interest that they don't pick to do in ALL of those circumstances. The submit that said they're terrible went on to say she "compelled" her youthful ones to carry her hand. It has an similar result. Use the harness and sense happy with your parenting skills!

It would be easier for them to carry a bag that goes across their chest - they would probably need help putting it on, unless it was on a desk or something where they could slip their head under the strap...shoulder backpacks would slip off easily.

Uuuuhhhhh...
If you know someone without any arms, you should ask them.
I don't think that they could wear a backpack the way that other people can. It would have to be a really unique backpack.

definitely yes...even if its from the shoulders because alot of backpacks have a strap to snap around your waist so it would stay up or they could wear it slung across the back in a slanted position how bike courriers wear their back packs...that my dear is the perfect solution...just picture it!!!
