Sometimes a guinea pig gets tired of the pelleted food. Are you feeding her hay and fresh vegetables as part of her daily diet? Guinea pigs need hay for a good digestive system. Fresh greens are essential in their diets as well. Do not feed iceberg lettuce, it has no nutritional value. Romaine and leaf lettuce are the best. Kale and musturd greens are good for them as well. Frozen mixed vegetables thawed and at room temperature are good for them as well.
Your guinea pig may need a little more out of the cage time as well to make her feel more loved. I have 12 of them, they all love to be held and cuddled each night.

She shouldnt really be having that extra stuff that comes in some guinea pig foods. Just give her basic pellets (we give ours hartz brand). Why do you think she's not happy? Is she an only piggie? If so maybe look into another female (or netured male) for her.

i would find a extruded guinea pig diet it seems like she doesnt like the alfalfa part as much,
i think kaytee makes a food that is comprised mainly of the parts she seems to like, also try zupreem

otherwise she is probably happy just picky, make sure she gets a lot of hay though, timney or orchard grass and remember guinea pigs shoudlnt have a lot of calcium!! so keep away from collard greens kale and alfalfa hay
