Both are different forms of literature. It's like comparing apples with oranges. I enjoy the layers of socio-political and religious intrigue in Dan Brown's books, and the quirky, fantastical world of Harry Potter equally.

Why not both? They are just too different to compare. Though I will admit if the new Dan Brown book, The Key of Solomon and the New Harry Potter book were out at the same time...I'd have a hard time deciding which to read first but I think i'd have to go with Harry Potter...I've gotta know what happens. LOL

Harry Potter. Dan Brown's stories are good, but they always have something to do with religion and that's just.. annoying after a while...

Well, Dan Brown is an author and Harry Potter is a character.

I'm not a fan of Dan Brown, but I am a huge fan of J.K. Rowling.
