I didn't sign up for aol exactly, like the whole deal with,"Sign up now and pay $10.00", cuz it didn't say anything like that when I signed up, and I sign into aim, not aol, but my e-mail account says,"@aol.com". So do I still have to pay, cuz I didn't have to give my home adress or anything when signing up.

Late 2006 AOL announced that all of it's web content would be free to all users provided that they already have internet access. Another words, lets say you use XYZ Company for Internet access then, you would be able to download AOL's browser, get a screen name, email account and all of their other services for free.

So, If this is the case (you went to aim/aol.com signed up for a screen name) then the answer is no you owe them nothing.
