i missed a few episodes this season so i was a little lost. when luka got kidnapped abby called the cops and said her "husband" was taken...why are they talking about getting married in tonight's episode?

Saying, "My husband" when your in an emergency situation is less time consuming than explaining your relationship to someone when all they would allow in is immediate family.
Abby no doubt knew that, and the startling possibility of losing that 'family' finally brought her to realize...she did want that 'husband' to be reality.

I love ER!!! I think by saying "my husband" Abby realized how much she loved Luka and that she wanted to marry him. They will get married and it's about time! Never miss an episode.

Because Abby kinda proposed last episode, so luca asked her again. I think it's about time. And yes (to one of the replies), after they killed Greene off, it did start to go down, but they've started to straighten the show up again...I never miss ER, I'm an addict, lol

Once they killed of Dr. Mark Greene, the show went downhill fast. I quit watching the next season.
